28th of April 2018
Good morning my foreign friends.
Yesterday I spoke to one of my wonderful foreign friends and he was asking why I had stopped writing.
I have not stopped writing but it has mostly been in Icelandic these last weeks.
Now there will be change.
I will write in English and share with you all the adventures ahead.
I am going on holiday. The 1st of May I head north, 120 kilometres north into the wonders of nature and peace and quiet.
I´m going to write and read, sing and meditate, walk and exercise and continue my study of the new language in my little land.
I am looking forward to my days in the north. Just outside the house I will live in for a whole month is a beautiful river which will sing for me every day. The sound of spring is amazing and no composer can capture that. Only the true nature can.
I will write in English every day and tell you about my day. It will be my diary and all in English.
It will be relieve from writing about the horrible situation in Iceland where people are starving and struggling just to survive. It will be wonderful to share the joy instead of the fight with Icelandic authorities who ignore the middle class and those who live in poverty, all because the elite wants more and their greed is endless.
The parliament is soon on holiday but they are going to leave those in need ignored.
Disgusting!
No, in May I will be enjoying the beauty, the harmony, the friendship and the education.
You, my friends, will be enjoying it with me.
I will share with you some of my books writing, not all of it, but some.
I will share with you my thoughts and the ideas.
I will share with you the wonders of nature and show you lot of pictures.
I will share with you my progress in getting healthier and I will share with you my experience in a new gym in Tondela.
There will be so much to share.
Sometimes just thoughts and sometimes just something really simple but beautiful, I look forward to it all.
I hope you all have a great day and my thought for the day is gratitude. Gratitude for all my friends and gratitude for being alive and well, that is a good feeling.
