Yesterday I went to Coimbra, the destination was a different real estate agency.
My dear GPS lady was going to take me there.
I had everything I needed, the address and the papers I was going to present, all in all quite good.
Of course I took a wrong turn downtown. What else? This is me and I am a genius, a wrong turn genius.
My GPS tried to help; it took me through roads so narrow that you could hardly pass the cars parked on both sides. This reminded me of my trip to the Chinese embassy in Lisabon several years ago.
After a while my GPS told me I had reached my destination.
Seriously; I have passed the office more than hundred times, most likely several hundred times, when going to the hospital, because I park my car far away from the hospital and take a walk down there.
At least I found the agency.
What a difference from yesterday in Miranda do Corvo.
The man here, in the Coimbra agency, was amazing. He was polite, he was willing to give me all the information I asked for and even more.
Of course, since it is me, I should have gone the office in another city but that did not matter. The wonderful man took my info, he copied my papers, the ones he needed, and he told me someone would contact me if I was supposed to be helped from another office.
I was in seventh heaven.
Now I am just expecting a call and the ball will start rolling.
The truth to tell, I don´t like to sell. It is so annoying to have people coming to your home just to pry. Since I have decided to move north I have to put up with the annoyance and just hope it will go quickly and I am ready with the future plan now.
When my apartment is sold I can jump.
Jumping is always exciting and it does not even hurt your legs or hips. It´s just a pure joy.
I will keep you updated my friends.
