A friend asked me this morning how I spent the days during Covid?
I have a plan which I try to follow, not in any nailed down order.
I wake up and go to my balcony and take some photos which I send with my morning greeting on Facebook. This greeting is what is in my mind that moment and will in a way make my day ahead. Kind of meditation
I make effort to make me beautiful in the morning and when I look into the mirrors during the day I look my best at that moment.
Good weather means summer dresses!
I sing, scales and arias every day . My voice needs practice.
Exercise is a daily part of the plan. Walking and strength training plus yoga. Now I’m also learning belly dance and if you think that’s easy, think again. Even the warm-up is hard work but I enjoy it
Portuguese study is also in the daily routine.
Every day I write to my diary, my thoughts and contemplations.
Talking to friends on Facebook and other media is also part of my day.
This is what I do every day and of course a bit more, different from day to day.
I’m trying to keep busy to survive the storm and manage well I think. I miss normal life but make the most of what is possible.
I just had not thought about how busy it looks when put on paper.
